What file formats do you accept?
For embroidery, we accept any standard image format (JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS) — we handle all digitisation in-house at no extra charge. For DTF printing, we prefer print-ready files at 300dpi or above: AI, EPS, PDF, or high-resolution PNG/PSD.
What are your typical turnaround times?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 working days from artwork approval. Rush orders (2–3 working days) are available for most services — please mention this when requesting your quote and we'll confirm availability.
Do you supply the garments, or can I send my own?
Both. We source from leading garment suppliers including Stanley/Stella, Gildan, AWDis, and Result, covering sustainable and premium options. Alternatively, you're welcome to supply your own garments — just get in touch to discuss.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is based on the type of decoration (embroidery vs DTF), the complexity and size of the design, the garment cost if we're supplying, and the quantity ordered. Bulk discounts apply from 6 items. We provide a fully itemised quote before any work begins — no hidden charges.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. There is no minimum order at Stitchez. You can order a single garment with the same quality and care as a 500-piece run.
Can I see a sample or proof before full production?
Yes. For embroidery orders, a digital stitch-out proof is included as standard. For larger orders, physical samples can be produced — ask us when requesting your quote.
Do you offer rush or same-day turnarounds?
Rush orders (2–3 working days) are frequently available depending on our production schedule. Same-day turnarounds are considered for very small orders — contact us directly to check availability.
